Mimir tea, or Sleep Tea, is a calming blend of tea meant to help you mimir, or sleep, on those nights you spend tossing and turning.  

Ingredients:
Chamomile(manzanilla), Lemon Balm, Catnip leaf, Mugwort, Rose bud
Feel free to request this blend without Mugwort.

 Warning: Mugwort may cause miscarriage, women should not drink while pregnant.
